Ferraro bar stools

We had been looking for bar stools for some time but couldn’t find any we really liked. I found your company when looking online and when I realised you were only on hour away we decided to come and try out a few stools. Definitely a good plan - you have so many bar stools in your shop, who knew there were so many different types!!! We spoke with a delightful young lady who made a few helpful suggestions but then left us to try as many stools as we wanted without any pressure at all. We decided that the Ferraro stools were the ones for us but didn’t buy them at the time but wanted to wait a few weeks before ordering them. So… I placed an order last Friday for two stools, they were delivered last night (Tuesday). We are delighted with them and will be buying another shortly. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, it’s so refreshing to find people who offer a good product at a reasonable price, and who offer great customer service. Thank you!

I have not experienced such good customer service for a long time. Easy ordering and fast delivery. When I ordered 2 bar stools that were too high for my breakfast bar I called them for a return and to order more. The operator was polite and courteous. The stools were collected and new ones received the next day. Very good quality chairs. Would highly recommend Atlantic.

I don’t know where to start other than if you are worried about purchasing, then don’t be! My order came the next day. I always open things and inspect them thoroughly straight away. Too many times I've ordered from other companies and they have been damaged one way or the other. But not here! Everything was packaged very well. And everything was absolutely perfect! No scratches or dents in anything. 100% happy with my order and I will not hesitate to order again or recommend this company to friends and family. It’s really nice to order something and there not be a thing wrong with it. The quality is second to none. Extremely well made and very good value for money. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you!

This is a fabulous company to deal with. I ordered bar stools on Friday and within 2 days they were delivered (to Cornwall) Great quality, great value and great style! I would also like to thank an amazing customer-service team for their help and understanding. Although advanced in years I am new to online shopping and when I mistakenly ordered far too many stools they recognised they were dealing with 'a numpty' and automatically cancelled part of the order. i spoke to a very kind, helpful and charming young man who dealt with a refund straight away. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, thank you all and Merry Christmas.

I purchased 4 dining chairs at about 3pm and received by 10 am next day, One of the seats had a small problem but was resolved in less than 20 hours you cannot get better service anywhere also the gentleman and lady that dealt with my problem were both excellent 10 out of 10 for service, quality and customer care thank you all.

Purchased 6 dining chairs on Thursday afternoon and they arrived Friday morning by a really friendly courier. Free delivery.
